Your aim is to assemble the most powerful force possible and defeat your opponents. To accomplish this, your blue character must collect gray men throughout the playing area. These males are neutral, and when they join you, they will instantly become blue with you. The more sympathizers there are, the better the chances of capturing troops from other people of color.
While moving, the tiles dissolve, revealing the sea, before returning to their original position. So ensure that none of your guys fall into the water.
